D365 F&O Test Manager
We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation and are looking for an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead testing across a complex international ERP landscape.
This role will own the global testing framework, with a strong focus on test governance, automation, AI-enabled testing and quality assurance across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern the global testing strategy and framework
- Lead System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Regression Testing activities
- Drive AI-led testing and automation initiatives
- Manage relationships with System Integrators and third-party partners
- Support SIT, UAT, OAT and Go-Live readiness across regional deployments
- Expand automated test coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive quality governance, defect management and release readiness
Requirements:
- 10+ years' ERP testing leadership experience within large global transformation programmes
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise
- Deep knowledge of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and Regression Testing
- Advanced Azure DevOps experience
- Proven background in test automation and AI-enabled testing
- Experience working with global stakeholders, product teams and major System Integrators
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
