Dell Boomi SAP Consultant
An established client is recruiting an experienced Boomi techno-functional consultant to lead the integration workstream for a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation. You will design, build and manage integrations between SuccessFactors (Employee Central focus) and enterprise systems using Dell Boomi, making technical and functional decisions that directly affect go‐live success and data integrity across HR processes.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and delivery of Boomi integration solutions for SuccessFactors, defining integration patterns, error-handling and recovery approaches.
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable integration architectures and data flows that ensure accurate employee lifecycle data across systems.
- Own technical implementation: mappings, transformations, API orchestration (REST/SOAP/OData), and middleware configuration in Boomi AtomSphere.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly; establish operational/runbook practices to minimise business disruption.
- Collaborate with HR process owners, SAP SuccessFactors functional consultants and downstream system teams to align integration behaviour with business rules.
Essential skills & experience
- 10+ years’ hands-on Dell Boomi integration development (AtomSphere).
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) with other systems.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OData services, XML/JSON formats, data mapping and transformations.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors APIs and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (Employee Central focus) and related integration scenarios.
- Experience with middleware integration patterns and robust troubleshooting/debugging skills.
- Exposure to ADP or payroll integrations is highly desirable.
