Financial Controller
Financial Controller - London (central) - 2 days a week on site - Salary to £85,000 to £95,000

You will be responsible for overseeing the transactional finance function, owning the month-end close, and delivering high-quality management reporting and cashflow oversight, this position combines hands-on financial control with the opportunity to drive process improvements, strengthen reporting, and support ongoing business growth.
A little more about the day to day in the role....
- Deliver a robust and timely month-end close, producing clear and insightful management accounts
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, ensuring strong balance sheet integrity and reporting accuracy
- Take full ownership of cashflow, including forecasting, liquidity planning, and real-time visibility
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and credit control functions
- Improve working capital performance, optimising billing processes and mitigating credit risk
- Identify and implement process improvements, driving automation and efficiency across finance
A little about what we are looking for....
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in a "Technology" focussed business
- Proven experience operating at Financial Controller or senior finance leadership level
- Strong track record in improving cashflow, working capital, and financial controls
- Experience managing transactional finance teams (AP, AR, billing, credit control)
- Hands-on approach to process improvement, systems enhancement, or finance transformation
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, controls, and balance sheet management
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, lenders, and investors
