Key Responsibilities

- Develop and embed a future-state operating model spanning people, process, data, systems, governance and controls.
- Establish a single governed forecasting process with clear ownership, accountability and decision rights.
- Create governance frameworks, performance metrics and reporting structures to improve forecasting accuracy, transparency and business impact.
- Define business requirements, process designs and technology needs, working closely with technology and analytics teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR and Technology functions.
- Facilitate executive workshops and governance forums to support decision-making and prioritisation.
- Deliver practical improvements in the short term while building sustainable long-term capabilities.
- Ensure successful handover of processes, documentation and ownership into business-as-usual teams.
About You
You will bring:
- Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Proven success designing and implementing target operating models or large-scale process redesign initiatives.
- Experience within forecasting, demand planning, integrated business planning, operations planning, finance transformation or a similar environment.
- Strong programme leadership skills, including roadmap development, dependency management, governance and executive reporting.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical data, reporting and technology solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of driving alignment across diverse functions.
- Experience establishing governance structures, RACIs, KPIs and sustainable business ownership models.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a focus on controls, transparency and measurable outcomes.
