About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Migration Analyst to join a growing technology driven organisation in the Insurance Technology sector. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, working with cross functional teams, and taking an important role in delivering accurate and reliable customer data migrations. You will be responsible for analysing, transforming, and migrating customer datasets into a new platform. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach will be essential for success.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will support the full lifecycle of customer data migrations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing customer datasets and identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and required transformations.
- Designing and building reliable data transformation packages that support accurate migration into the target platform.
- Producing clear technical specifications that describe transformation logic, data mapping, and workflow steps.
- Working closely with project managers, technical colleagues, and customers to clarify requirements and resolve challenges.
- Validating and testing transformation outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Documenting processes and outputs in a clear and structured manner.
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to best practice guidelines.
- Assisting with project workstreams, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure milestones are met.

You will be a strong match for this role if you:
- Bring a technical and analytical mindset supported by a degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience.

- Have experience with or interest in database technologies. Knowledge of SQL or PL SQL is helpful but not essential.
