Project Manager - FactSet Implementation London (3 days per week onsite) £750-£800 per day 12-month contract Inside IR35
A leading global asset management firm is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to drive a key initiative focused on implementing FactSet for Sales and Marketing and integrating it into the organisation's existing CRM platform. This programme is central to enhancing the firm's commercial, client engagement, and distribution strategy by embedding FactSet's data and insights directly into front-office workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within the asset management sector, with a proven background delivering FactSet-related projects and integrating FactSet capabilities into CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms. This is a highly delivery-focused position requiring someone who can translate business objectives into clear project milestones while managing the technical, operational, and data components of the implementation.
Key responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, producing and executing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, sales, marketing, and data, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring end-to-end delivery from design through to testing and deployment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role interacts with senior business leaders and front-office teams across the asset management business.
