ReferenceBBBH194748Location: City of London, LondonI'm working with a high-growth fintech that's expanding its payments infrastructure team and looking for a payments specialist with deep scheme and clearing expertise. London based role on hybrid arrangement (mostly onsite).We're keen to speak with people who have:* 8+ years' experience across UK and European payment schemes (Faster Payments, CHAPS, SEPA, BACS, SWIFT)* Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, MT/MX messaging, CBPR+ and payments migration programmes* Experience with direct scheme participation, scheme compliance and regulatory engagement* A track record of delivering payments infrastructure and settlement initiatives* Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with scheme operators, banking partners and senior leadership* Experience within fintech, payments, banking infrastructure or acquiringYou'll play a key role in shaping payment connectivity, settlement operations, scheme strategy and future product development across the business.
