Service Management Consultant

Your new organisation is a highly regarded membership body who are currently working towards an ISO27001 Cyber accreditation. They are looking to hire a consultant for a period of 3 months to review their service management processes and make improvements.

In this role you will utilise stakeholder engagement skills to understand the existing service management processes, identify any gaps in the existing structures and work with the team in order to install a best in practice framework that will help the organisation work towards the accreditation. You will be expected both to liaise effectively with members of the existing IT team, run workshops with the wider team to effectively transfer knowledge to the relevant people and ensure there is comprehensive documentation of the processes implemented.

In order to succeed in this role, you must posses excellent experience as a Service Management consultant, used to going into different businesses and helping them identify areas of weakness & build a best in class service management process. You must also have exceptional stakeholder engagement experience and any experience in a not for profit or membership organisation would be an advantage.

This role will require 1 day per week on site.
