About the Role We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a small, collaborative technology team within a leading organisation in the real estate sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to make a real impact.
The technology team plays a critical role in supporting property management, asset operations, and financial reporting. You'll work on projects that optimise systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration between technology and business functions. This includes enhancing Yardi Voyager, managing data flows, and supporting broader digital initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
- Support and enhance Yardi Voyager systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Collaborate on projects that improve operational efficiency across property management and finance.
- Contribute to wider technology initiatives, including data analysis and system integrations.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Proven experience with Yardi Voyager (functional or technical).
- Technical skills such as SQL, database management, and reporting are highly desirable.
- A versatile mindset - willing to learn and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment.

- Mid-Level BA: £50-70k
- Senior BA: £70-100k (for candidates with strong Yardi and technical expertise)
