The role sits within Group Technology and owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for platforms supporting Finance & People functions.

We're looking for a strong product leader with experience translating complex business requirements into clear product strategies, partnering with senior stakeholders, driving data-led decisions, and leveraging AI to improve operational outcomes.
