We're currently working with a prestigious global investment and advisory firm to find an experienced Help Desk – Desktop Support Analyst I for their London office. In this role, you’ll be the face of the IT team — providing critical desktop and remote support to internal users across multiple global locations. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, contribute to process improvements, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing top-tier IT support (in-person, phone, remote) to employees at all levels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving desktop, mobile, printing, and network issues
  • Managing user accounts via Active Directory and working within an enterprise Windows environment
  • Supporting software deployment, patching, and security remediation
  • Managing hardware assets and supporting onboarding/offboarding procedures
  • Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and building management on IT installations
  • Working closely with the broader tech team across international locations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional IT support experience (remote and onsite)
  • Experience imaging Windows and macOS systems
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Citrix, and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, printing issues, and mobile device support
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and technical installations

Preferred:

  • Exposure to ITIL practices and enterprise security processes
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with remote and on-call support setups
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
