We’re searching for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Solutions Advisor who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and helping businesses get the most from their innovative software.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must have a permanent Right to Work in the UK, residing within a commutable distance to East Leeds. Please note that our client cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

The Role

Acting as the bridge between customers, product and technology, you’ll support businesses across the entire lifecycle:

Pre-Sales & Onboarding:

  • Support discovery sessions, product demos and technical queries.
  • Onboard new customers and configure the platform.
  • Map customer workflows to product functionality.

Customer Success & Support:

  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers.
  • Deliver training and guidance to maximise adoption.
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering.
  • Share customer feedback to improve the platform.
  • Monthly customer visits and events (nationally).

Key Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Technical Support (ideally SaaS).
  • Passion for technology, SaaS and AI.
  • Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into solutions.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys.
  • Confident working with data (Excel / CSV) for setup or troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
