Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a determination to maximise ROI?
 
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS business, is seeking a commercially minded Demand Marketing Manager to work across two of their key business segments, collaborating across Dales, Development, and Content. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the sales pipeline, developing & delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, whilst ensuring every lead is nurtured through to conversion.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Content teams, aligning activities with the business' revenue goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop & deliver targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels to increase engagement, nurture, and convert target audiences.
  • Automation: Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows progressing prospects.
  • Testing: Implement testing methods (A/B, etc) to improve engagement and conversion, optimising campaigns where necessary.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards and report regularly on performance metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategies: Implement data-led strategies to improve conversion rates/ROI, using analytics and attribution modelling.
  • Ownership: Manage and oversee the full sales pipeline from your lead generation activities, through to close.
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in a Demand Generation or Sales focussed Marketing role within a SaaS
  • Experience targeting field service-related
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Highly experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with project management skills and an ability to execute with precision.
  • Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to take ownership and drive forward process with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
