Sales Development Representative

Salary: £30,000- £35,000 pa DOE + Quarterly Bonuses

Location: Central Leeds Office

Working Style: Hybrid Working (3 days in the office

We are searching for an experienced, confident, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an existing team and deliver vital qualified sales opportunities to the Business Development team (BDMs), with excellent bonus and career progression potential!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and qualify incoming and inbound leads from marketing.
  • Engage with prospective customers from outbound activities via telephone, LinkedIn and email.
  • Act as a consultant to prospective customers, gathering information regarding needs, pain points, and goals, and propose demo calls with BDMs to discuss relevant solutions.
  • Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the Business Development Managers.
  • Work collaboratively with the BDMs to ensure appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare briefing documents for BDMs with all information gained from prior communication with the prospect to ensure a productive and effective demo call.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on internal the CRM system.
  • Working towards key activity metrics and targets.
  • Engage in professional development by learning from the BDMs, to gain selling and influencing skills that contribute towards your ongoing success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a B2B Sales role is essential.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or Complex Services.
  • Average deal size circa £20k (ARR).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently.
  • Highly ambitious with a desire to develop your career with a fast-growing industry.
  • Natural curiosity with the ability to fact-find, handle objections, and research, allowing you to identify and influence potential clients.
  • Experience of working to set targets and KPI's.
