Senior Product Manager - Fleet SaaS
- £75,000 – £85,000 + 10% Bonus
- Remote - 1 Day per Week in Lichfield Office
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day each year after 2 years (up to 30 days)

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced, commercial focussed, Product Manager with extensive experience within fleet, leasing, mobility, or telematics sectors? Our client, a market-leading SaaS provider in the fleet technology space, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation, AI-enabled products. This role is instrumental in transitioning their suite from legacy platforms to a modern, scalable cloud environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager (Senior/Principal level desirable).
- Previous experience in fleet management, leasing, mobility, telematics, EV, or closely linked domains.
- Proven delivery of SaaS and API-driven products; experience with cloud migrations beneficial.
- Comfortable with AI/ML-driven product features (predictive analytics, optimisation, automation).
- Strong commercial acumen: business cases, go-to-market plans, customer value mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Balsamiq/Figma.
- Previous line management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for industry-leading SaaS solutions.
- Lead AI-driven product features across predictive maintenance, analytics, automation, and optimisation.
- Manage full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Own product KPIs and monitor alongside industry insights and customer feedback to translate into an actionable data-driven roadmap for product enhancements and innovations.
- Build compelling business cases, prioritise initiatives, and support go-to-market planning.
- Support the transition from desktop/on-premise systems to a modern cloud platform.
- Mentor and oversee a small product team (Product Owners / UX).
