In House Legal Counsel – Commercial / Technology (Global Business – UK Focus) - London - Hybrid

We are currently working on a Legal Counsel role with a global organisation, supporting their UK business as a key commercial legal partner.

\n\n

This is a broad, generalist in-house position with strong exposure to revenue-generating teams and strategic projects.

\n\n

The role:

\n\n

\n\t
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial, supplier and customer contracts

\n\t

• Advising on data protection, competition, consumer and marketing law

\n\t

• Supporting IT / digital and SaaS agreements

\n\t

• Working closely with sales, finance and operational stakeholders

\n\t

• Supporting legal process improvements and governance frameworks

\n\n\n

What they’re looking for:

\n\n

\n\t
• Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience

\n\t

• Ideally some exposure to technology / digital work

\n\t

• Comfortable working closely with the business and managing stakeholders

\n\t

• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to risk

\n\n\n
