Interim Commercial Counsel - Part Time, Remote

High-growth software business is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract starting ASAP working 3-4 days/week.

Remote working or can be based out of their Manchester office.

You will support the Legal team through a peak in workload with a focus on commercial contract review and negotiation. Experience with SaaS contracts would be advantageous.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 4+ years PQE as a guide with demonstrated experience in a similar role either in-house or in a commercial practice of a highly regarded firm.
