Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts Lawyer – 6-8 pqe – London – Hybrid

Marsden are working with them to add a highly skilled, motivated and detail-oriented Senior Legal Counsel with 6–8+ years’ PQE to join the dynamic global legal team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in London, you will play a leading role in reviewing and negotiating complex, high-value and strategic client-facing commercial contracts, supporting business objectives while managing legal and commercial risk and advising senior stakeholders on risk appetite and deal strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead competencies in legal technology and participate in the evolution of legal operations in an AI-enhanced environment.

You will be a fully qualified lawyer with 6–8+ years’ legal experience gained with a recognised law firm and/or in-house (ideally within a technology/IT services space).
