Responsibilities will include:
- Capture and interpret business knowledge to develop effective AI models that enable clients to digitise and scale knowledge services.
- Become an expert in, and champion of our client’s platform and continually expand your skill level so that you represent a “black belt” standard within the market.
- Discover and document new types of projects, creating blueprints and ‘excelerators’ that can be used by others.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners, and proactively work with them to find new opportunities.
- Take an essential role in the sales process by building field demos, PoCs and pilots that demonstrate both the value and speed of working with our client
- Deliver coaching to clients and partners
- Produce coaching and training materials
- Identify requirements for new platform features that will meet clients’ needs, and support the Platform Engineering Team in building them.
- Provide clients and partners with support in line with our service level agreements.
Required skills/experience
This role will suit someone with AI experience or can demonstrate the desire to move into AI. While the role doesn’t require a technical background, some experience or knowledge in some of the following would be advantageous:
- A good understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic technologies.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) principles.
- Expertise in business analysis.

- Experience in business stakeholder management, and client engagement.
- Experience working with APIs, especially RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience working in an agile environment and with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to coach/support the onboarding of new partners and clients.
- Experience working directly with clients and partners, both in-person and virtually.
