Data Analysis Manager
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client, who are a well-established charity based in London. They are seeking a Data Analysis Manager to lead on data management, insight and reporting across the organisation.
This is a key role combining hands-on data expertise with strategic oversight, helping the charity demonstrate impact, meet regulatory requirements and support service delivery, fundraising and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, integrity and development of Salesforce In-Form and fundraising CRM systems
- Design and deliver reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance and outcomes
- Produce monitoring and compliance reports for commissioners and funders
- Provide data insight to support funding bids, service development and fundraising activity
- Lead on data governance, quality assurance and data-related policies and procedures
- Deliver training and ongoing user support on Salesforce and data protection best practice
- Project manage data-related change initiatives
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, ThankQ)
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrable experience in data management, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Strong understanding of UK GDPR, data protection law and best practice
- Proven experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks
- Commitment to values-led work and social impact
Desirable
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Python or R
- Knowledge of fundraising data, supporter journeys and donor engagement
- Sector experience in homelessness, social justice or related fields
