ITAM Product Manager - ServiceNow HAM/SAM
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client, for an experienced ITAM Product Manager. This role suits an experienced IT Service Management professional with strong ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise and a background in product ownership, data reporting, and process improvement.
You will work closely with technology teams to improve IT service management processes and support the delivery of technology services. The focus is on driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and improving the customer journey through better service design and delivery.
This role offers hybrid working and can be based in Northampton, Glasgow, Knutsford or Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT service processes aligned to business objectives and best practice.
- Produce reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Work with stakeholders and technology teams to assess needs, improve service delivery, and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Create clear process documentation and support training on new or updated ways of working.
- Identify and manage risk and control issues relating to technology standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Deep ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise, including modules, ACLs, and workflows.
- Strong data management and MI reporting skills.
- Agile Product Ownership experience.
