KYC & Data Remediation Analyst - Wealth Management
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our investment banking client, who are hiring for a KYC & Data Remediation Analyst, within its Wealth Management division. This role will focus on a key project aimed at improving the accuracy, consistency and governance of institutional partner and client information across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a data remediation and documentation project across Wealth Management.
- Review existing client and partner records, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and standardisation opportunities.
- Process and coordinate system updates to ensure accurate and complete client information.
- Liaise with clients to obtain KYC documentation and supporting information where required.
- Partner with Operations teams to manage approvals and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of updates.
- Create and maintain project documentation, playbooks and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with sales teams, operations and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and account maintenance requirements.
- Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Services, Operations, KYC, AML, Client Onboarding or Data Remediation.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
