Scrum Master

Marshall Wolfe are proud to be supporting our client within the technology industry, for a part-time Scrum Master, on a short-term basis , to lead an exciting Agile transformation proof-of-concept project within AI. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, to guide Agile delivery, foster team collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the project backlog, working directly with the client to prioritise tasks.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align Agile delivery with wider project timelines.
• Identify and resolve blockers to team progress.
• Encourage collaboration between internal and client teams.
• Track Agile metrics to inform delivery decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience of Agile frameworks (particularly Scrum).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a client-facing environment – working with external stakeholders.
• Skilled in Agile tools like Jira, Miro, or Monday
• Able to work across time zones with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
