We’re expanding our digital capability and looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to help grow our client base and strengthen our online visibility. You’ll work closely with our sales team and our creative writing/marketing department to generate high-quality enquiries and deliver measurable search performance improvements.
About the Role
As our SEO Specialist, you’ll take ownership of search strategy, optimisation, and performance analysis across multiple client websites. You’ll be the driving force behind organic growth — ensuring content ranks, technical foundations are solid, and keyword strategies align with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Strategy — Conduct deep keyword and intent research to identify high-value search terms that drive conversions.
- On-Page & Content Optimisation — Work with creative writing teams to integrate keywords naturally into copy, meta tags, headings, and structured content.
- Technical SEO — Audit site architecture, improve loading speed, enhance mobile performance, and implement structured data for improved crawling.
- Link Building — Execute outreach campaigns to secure authoritative backlinks and strengthen domain authority.
- Data Analysis & Reporting — Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, refining strategies based on performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with developers, editorial teams, and marketing to ensure updates follow SEO best practice.
- Client Growth Support — Work closely with sales and marketing to support lead generation and client acquisition goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Analytics Mastery — Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Technical Knowledge — Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- SEO Tool Proficiency — Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Adaptability — Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
