As our new Head of Operational Delivery & Governance, you'll lead from the front, ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects while building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology projects across scope, schedule, budget & quality
• Collaborating across Service Management, Operations, and Finance to align with business objectives
• Driving forecasting accuracy across 3, 6, and 12-month horizons, supporting EBITDA growth
• Mentoring Project and Service Delivery Managers to elevate team performance
• Being the go-to escalation point for high-impact client delivery
• Championing process optimisation and project governance across the function
• Tracking KPIs, manage resource allocation, and drive delivery excellence
• Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

What You’ll Need:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (Essential)
• Proven track record in SaaS/HaaS project delivery
• Strong financial and resource management skills
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management
• (Desirable: ITIL, HALO ITSM, Jira, Microsoft Project)
