Production Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, overseeing production lines, managing a team of Assembly Operators, and working closely with engineering, deployment, and finance teams to deliver high-quality transportation technology solutions.

• Manage and optimise multiple production lines across various products

• Introduce new products into production (with Production Engineering support)

• Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production targets

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team

• Ensure accurate inventory and flag shortages proactively

• Implement SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards

• Support ERP/ MRP processes (D365) and cross-site standardisation

• Proven experience in a production management role

• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing

• Excellent leadership and team development skills

• Process improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration
