Senior Project Manager

We're hiring for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major UK-to-Global migration programme. A high-profile, fully funded initiative that's central to this organisation's global expansion.

This is a programme-level delivery role, overseeing multiple workstreams and managing senior stakeholders within a Scaled Agile environment. You'll work across time zones, drive alignment, and ensure fast, effective delivery of a complex migration.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale migration or transformation programmes
• Strong background in Scaled Agile delivery
• Confident operating at executive stakeholder level
• Skilled in managing pace, complexity, and global collaboration

Details:

• 12-month FTC with strong potential to extend or go permanent
• Up to £80,000 + benefits
• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in Bournemouth

Due to the urgent nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who are available to start in January.
