Salary up to £65,000 + Double OTE

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager who has built or significantly shaped partner programmes, not simply managed ones that already existed. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to design, implement and scale a structured partner framework that enables us to build strong, commercially successful partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and launching a partner programme from the ground up
- Creating a clear partner framework and process
- Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new strategic partners
- Developing commercially successful partner relationships
- Building scalable partner engagement models
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams
- Driving partner-generated revenue growth
- Creating the structure, governance and tooling needed to support a thriving partner ecosystem

- Has experience building or launching a partner programme or framework
- Is comfortable working in a growing, ambitious environment
- Has a commercial mindset and understands revenue growth
- Enjoys creating structure where none exists yet
- Is proactive, entrepreneurial and self-driven

This role will suit someone who prefers building over maintaining. If you’ve only worked in large organisations where partner programmes were already mature and established, this may feel very different, but if you’ve been itching for the chance to create something yourself and make a mark, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
