SAP Logistics System Expert

Masentó are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics System Expert to provide hands-on support during the deployment and stabilisation of SAP S/4HANA within our supply chain operations.

Our client, a leading chemical distributor operating across multiple sites in the North of England, is implementing S/4 HANA. We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM / TM Power User to join the project team and support the business through UAT, go-live, and the hypercare period.

This is a hands-on, operational role working closely with the SI partner, project team, and end users. You will act as the bridge between the technical configuration team and warehouse / logistics operations, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose in a regulated chemical distribution environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to end-users during SAP S/4 HANA go-live and hyper care phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Logistics related issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Assist with transactional guidance, process adherence, and system navigation.
• Collaborate with functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and informal training to users on best practices.
• Document recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• SAP S/4 HANA experience (mandatory) with strong knowledge of SAP EWM and TM
• Previous experience in a post go live support position
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
