SAP Program Manager

Job Title: SAP Programme Manager – S/4HANA Public Cloud

Contract: Freelance (12 Months)

Location: UK (Hybrid – some onsite required)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead a greenfield S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. You will drive end-to-end delivery across key workstreams, with a focus on Finance and Procurement, ensuring successful programme execution aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
  • Establish programme governance, planning, and reporting
  • Manage budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Oversee Finance (R2R) and Procurement (S2P) workstreams
  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Coordinate systems integrator and third-party vendors
  • Drive delivery aligned to SAP Activate and best practices
  • Ensure effective change management, testing, and go-live readiness

Key Experience

  • Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes (Public Cloud preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes
  • Experience managing complex ERP transformations
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate / Agile delivery models
