SAP Service Delivery Manager

Masentó SAP are currently supporting a key client in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join them on a contract basis.

Location: Midlands (4–5 days on-site)

Contract: 6–12 months+

IR35: Inside

The Role:

You’ll be leading a global SAP function, managing a team of consultants across core modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO), while driving delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning global SAP support and strategy
• Leading and developing a team of SAP functional consultants
• Driving adoption of standard SAP processes
• Supporting wider SAP initiatives (including GRC)
• Contributing to offshore team setup

What we’re looking for:

• 8–10+ years in SAP Service Delivery / Application Management
• Strong leadership experience managing SAP teams
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA and wider SAP ecosystem (Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, or automotive industries
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage change effectively
