SAP S/4HANA JVA/FICO Lead

Masento are currently looking for the below skill set on a freelance basis. Please apply if you have all relevant experience!

• Strong SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) experience (5+ years) with multiple end-to-end implementations or support in complex environments.
• Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations (brownfield/bluefield), with understanding of JVA impacts and conversion challenges.
• Strong SAP FI/CO background, with ability to operate across the wider finance landscape beyond JVA.
• Experience resolving SIT/UAT defects, including functional, configuration, data, and integration issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot JVA billing/output issues (forms, assignments, incorrect outputs post-migration).
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations (FI, CO, cost objects, special ledger, and cross-module dependencies).
• Experience with data migration impacts (JVA master data, equity groups, open items, historical data).
• Ability to manage issues arising from Legacy customisation (Z reports, user exits, custom tables, ECC logic in S/4).
• Experience with S/4HANA finance reporting changes, including:
  • ACDOCA (Universal Journal)
  • ACDOCP (planning)
  • Replacement of Report Painter with analytical queries/Embedded analytics
• Ability to support business transition from ECC to S/4, including user adoption and process change.
