SAP SCM S/4 HANA Power User

Masentó are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Power User to provide hands-on support during the deployment and stabilisation of SAP S/4HANA within our supply chain operations.

You will act as the first point of contact for end-users on the shop floor, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and resolving issues in Real Time.

This is a 6 month contract, outside IR35, with weekly Travel to the North West of England

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to end-users during SAP S/4HANA go-live and hypercare phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SCM-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Assist with transactional guidance, process adherence, and system navigation.
• Collaborate with functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and informal training to users on best practices.
• Document recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• SAP S/4HANA experience (mandatory) with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules (MM, PP, WM, or EWM).
• Previous experience as a Floor Walker or in a similar hypercare support role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
