IT Recruitment Consultant

This role isn't about us. It's about you. If you're good at recruitment you're likely reading it to see what's being advertised in your current market. If so, we like that. If you're not in recruitment the below won't apply. If you are, let us expand:

You're likely proud of what you've achieved, billed a decent amount; wondering what the next step looks like; asking yourself how you go about carving out a proper career rather than the traditional recruitment ladder role.

You're fed up with paying £3k/year to stand on a train in uncomfortable non-A/C public transport or pay for parking and fuel to spend the first hour of the day gossiping about irrelevant subjects when you want to go to the gym or see the kids and then settle down at 8am and get stuck in;

You want a platform for growth, an opportunity to be trained by some very big billers, the chance to meet up weekly or monthly in person whilst discussing objectives and targets weekly.

You want that sense of achievement, the opportunity to grow something that does actually belong to you, immerse yourself in your network whilst achieving against realistic goals that allow you to take home 40% of what you bill (with top ups likely to get closer to 45%). But you want to structure what you take home your way. You want to discuss LTIP's, you want to discuss equity, you want to discuss ownership and most importantly you want lines drawn in the sand/kickers as to be able to see how you're doing against those targets and envision the time you'll realise all of the above.

So what's in it for us? Well between us we have almost 40 years of extensive experience billing into ERP markets across the world and we want to give people with the above thought process and the desire to operate in a grown-up environment the opportunity to play a part in that.

Do we know exactly what it looks like? No. Are we asking you to help us craft it? Absolutely.

People talk about culture like it's a list of rules designed to make lives better but the list tends to be things that benefit the business rather than the individual - we believe that content billers with the freedom to do what they're good at will by Proxy bring success to us as a group.

The only thing we do need? Knowledge. We need you to have an extensive knowledge in ERP Recruitment - SAP, Oracle, Unit4, Microsoft D365, Infor, Workday, Sage or Data - BI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Business Intelligence.
A frustrated split desk? Come at us.
