Are you an experienced SAP FICO leader ready to shape and deliver finance technology for an international Powerhouse?

We're working with a leading international Manufacturing/CPG business that's investing heavily in its finance systems and people. This role is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full product life cycle across finance IT - from strategy to execution.

The Opportunity You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the group's Finance technology landscape. With responsibility for international SAP Finance solutions, you'll act as strategic consultant, delivery lead, and resource manager - all in one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive strategy for SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions across the group
• Build strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders - think Group FCs, FDs, and the Group Treasurer.
• Own and manage an international Finance technology portfolio - from roadmap through to delivery, improvement, and phase-out.
• Lead internal and external teams ensuring effective resourcing across concurrent projects.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and Embedded across the business.
• Lead change management initiatives, managing suppliers, updates, and ongoing support.
• Guide the product life cycle, using customer insight and business value as your compass.

About You

• You've got a solid background in SAP FI/CO and broader understanding of cross-module integration (SD, MM, PP).
• You understand finance inside out - ideally with an accountancy qualification or strong business partnering experience in finance.
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex manufacturing or CPG environments is a big plus.
• Consultancy Background could be beneficial
• You've led delivery teams, shaped strategy, and have experience influencing at board level.
• You understand the importance of end-to-end delivery - from initial scoping and budgeting to testing, go-live, and support.
• Naturally organised, you bring clarity, pace, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
