As Applications Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising the company's applications, from those as small as Spotify, to business-critical applications. You'll take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from on-boarding and integration through to renewal, upgrades, and decommissioning, while leading testing and quality assurance activities across global initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for application lifecycle management, onboarding, renewals, vendor management, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Lead end-to-end testing for SAP and other key systems across global projects and change initiatives.
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report on test progress and quality metrics.
- Manage defects and drive continuous improvement in test processes and tools.
- Support global application governance, ensuring compliance with IT and security standards.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors across multiple regions.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in application management and test leadership within complex, multi-system environments.
- Knowledge of application testing and integration between enterprise applications. (you'll have the chance to learn SAP testing)
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
