ESG Investment Integration Manager

A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced individual to join the Investment team to help drive and oversee the ESG integration in the investment process. This position will play a vital role in influencing Portfolio Managers and Analysts to assess the implications of sustainability issues for investment decisions.

The main responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Portfolio Managers to build a detailed understanding of their investment process/philosophy and assess how sustainability analysis can enhance returns for investors.
• Continuously promote awareness of sustainability tools within the investment business.
• Attend investment meetings and discuss sustainability topics.
• Coach fundamental analysts to ensure that ESG issues are analyzed and included in their output.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience and background in the investment industry as a Portfolio Manager or Research Analyst.
• Passion for responsible investing.
• Understanding of ESG drivers.
