Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Nonprofit Cloud)

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Design and implement Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Experience required:

• Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales, Service OR Experience Cloud)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant ideally gained in a consulting environment.
• Prior experience with Salesforce Non profit cloud highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
