Join a fast-growing business where Salesforce is central to revenue. You’ll take full ownership of the CRM and systems landscape—driving automation, improving data visibility, and influencing key commercial decisions alongside senior leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and optimise Salesforce (Sales Cloud + integrations) across the full customer lifecycle

• Build scalable automations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects)

• Lead system improvements and reduce reliance on external developers

• Manage integrations (Zapier/APIs) and ensure seamless data flow

• Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards across sales and operations

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience

• Experience with LWC and Apex

• Strong configuration and reporting skills

• Experience with integrations (Zapier/Make or similar)

• Confident working independently with a commercial mindset
