This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA professional with strong automation testing expertise to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical Salesforce applications and associated platforms.

Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and key business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce and integrated business applications.

Perform both manual and automated testing across new developments, enhancements, integrations, and production releases.

Build, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and regression test suites.

Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.

Validate backend data and integrations using SQL queries and database testing techniques.

Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.

Support release coordination activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and tooling.

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 4 years' experience in Software Quality Assurance covering both manual and automated testing.

Experience testing complex, business-critical platforms such as Salesforce CRM, financial services systems, or similar enterprise applications.

Strong hands-on automation testing experience using Selenium, SpecFlow (C# or Java), or comparable automation frameworks.

Solid SQL skills with experience performing backend data validation and database testing.

Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).Experience supporting release management and deployment activities.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
