Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant (Remote UK & Ireland Wide)

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the growing team. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, designing and building robust Salesforce solutions (with a strong focus on Flows ), and supporting pre-sales activities with commercial insight. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Delivery

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions primarily using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
• Develop scalable and maintainable Flows and process automations aligned with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering activities with stakeholders.
• Guide clients through change management, adoption strategies, and best use of Salesforce features.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other consultants in the delivery team.

Pre-Sales & Commercial

• Support the sales team in discovery calls and solution demonstrations.
• Contribute to proposal development, level of effort estimations, and scoping exercises.
• Provide strategic input into commercial offerings and service packages.
• Help articulate value propositions and ROI from proposed Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
• Advanced Salesforce Flows expertise – ability to build complex automations without code.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous exposure to pre-sales , including demos, scoping, and proposal development.
• Salesforce Administrator and Consultant Certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Desirable:

• Experience in a Salesforce consulting partner or agency setting.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Business Analyst).
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
