Salesforce Solution Lead

Solution Lead – Salesforce | £60,000–£70,000 | Hybrid (2–3 Days Office)

Our client is a major UK Organisation that’s investing heavily in Salesforce and looking to appoint a Salesforce Solution Lead to help evolve their platform and drive innovation across the business.

This is a hands-on, technically challenging role that blends solution design, development, and leadership. You’ll play a key part in shaping the Salesforce ecosystem and its integration with wider systems — working across APEX, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Azure-based services.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking environment where collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement are central to how they work.

The Role

• Build and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions in an agile environment.
• Develop and support custom components, batch jobs, triggers, and Flows.
• Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Support release management, quality assurance, and automation.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable, secure designs.
• Drive best practice through code reviews, retrospectives, and mentoring.

About You

• Proven experience in Salesforce solution design or engineering .
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I .
• Strong understanding of APEX, LWC, SOQL, SOLID principles , and clean code practices.
• Comfortable working across Salesforce and Azure integrations .
• A collaborative mindset and passion for technical growth and innovation.
