We're working with a leading organisation in the real estate sector that is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join their growing team. Technical Expertise – Ability to dive deep into systems and integrations

What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress effectively.
- Ensure technical integrity of solutions, including integrations and architecture decisions.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- Pardot
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Ability to get hands-on with technical discussions, integrations, and architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
