A UK-based CRM consultancy is seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to deliver end-to-end HubSpot implementations. The role centres on CRM design, data migration, and integrations, working directly with clients through discovery, delivery, and optimisation.
Responsibilities- Lead HubSpot CRM implementations across marketing, sales, and service
- Review existing systems and define CRM architecture approaches
- Design and manage data structures and system integrations
- Plan and oversee data migrations
- Advise clients on HubSpot configuration and automation
- Work alongside delivery and technical teams
- Support junior consultants where required
- 3+ years' hands-on HubSpot implementation experience
- Experience with data migration and integrations
- Understanding of CRM data architecture
- Ability to manage multiple client projects
- Confident client-facing communication
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience using APIs or integration tools
- Exposure to data modelling or reporting
- Experience delivering training or workshops
- Ownership of HubSpot implementation projects
- Flexible remote or hybrid working
- Progression within a specialist CRM consultancy
