Project Manager

Salesforce Project Manager | Remote | up to £65,000

We are working with a boutique Salesforce partner that is continuing to grow its delivery function and is now looking for a Project Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast moving environment where Salesforce sits at the heart of everything they do.

You will play a key role in delivering high quality Salesforce projects, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Setup & Package

  • Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Remote
  • Projects: Multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations
  • Progression: Clear pathway into Senior Project Manager and beyond

What you'll be doing

  • Managing end to end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard * Creating clear project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets * Leading cross functional teams and working closely with Delivery and Resourcing to ensure the right people are in place * Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and building strong long term relationships * Monitoring project health, managing risks, and handling scope changes through structured change processes * Ensuring projects are set up and tracked effectively across tools like Jira and Salesforce * Supporting user adoption and helping customers realise the full value of their Salesforce solutions

What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering projects, ideally within a Salesforce or technology consulting environment * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high attention to detail * A structured and organised approach to project delivery, with strong time management * Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross functional teams * A proactive mindset, someone who can identify challenges early and help drive solutions
