£80,000-£100,000 OTE + Benefits Hybrid Working - Minimum 3 Days Per Week in the Office

We're partnering with a growing Salesforce consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Account Executive to its commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys both developing existing client relationships and winning new business. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, working closely with senior stakeholders, and helping expand the company's presence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The Role
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Engage with senior decision-makers across a range of organisations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Represent the business at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Account Executive within a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy
  • Strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing and developing customer accounts
  • A confident, proactive, and commercially minded approach
  • Someone who enjoys being client-facing and building relationships
  • Stable career history, with previous positions typically held for 2+ years
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
  • Existing network within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, or managed services
