Make your mark by joining our client as a Salesforce Administrator within their Revenue Operations team. Our client is a well-established, global organisation operating within a regulated environment, where Salesforce plays a central role in supporting commercial decision-making and sales effectiveness.

The role sits within the Revenue Operations function, reporting into Sales / Revenue Operations leadership, and works closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring data quality, usability and strong adoption across Sales teams.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility of pipeline, performance and forecasting.
  • Support sales process optimisation by improving workflows, fields, automation and overall CRM efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales stakeholders, translating operational needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to wider sales operations initiatives, including forecasting support, territory changes and system improvements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes within Salesforce, ensuring smooth transitions for starters, movers and leavers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with strong reporting and dashboard capability.
  • A solid understanding of sales operations, CRM best practice and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial or scaling environment.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the Edinburgh office, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
