Salesforce Administrator

Mason Frank have partnered with a globally recognised brand that are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support our highly integrated greenfield Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring we maximise the value of our investments in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (B2C), and Agentforce.

In this exciting role, you will manage the day-to-day platform operations, gather and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, and implement robust solutions in collaboration with our Salesforce partners. You'll be a key contact for end-users, driving adoption and ensuring the platform runs smoothly - all aligned with our strategy of simplicity, standardisation, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Manage all aspects of user and license management - including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Declarative Development: Create and manage solutions using Flow, App Builder, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritise in collaboration with the CRM Tech Lead.
  • Release Support: Assist in the release process using our DevOps toolset (e.g., Copado) and carry out QA testing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across departments to gather and document requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and system enhancements aligned with the roadmap.
  • User Support: Provide 1st and 2nd-line support, escalate issues as necessary.
  • Data Management: Perform data uploads, deduplication, and cleansing. Support report/dashboard creation.
  • Training & Adoption: Develop training materials and documentation to promote adoption and best practices.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator on a complex, integrated Salesforce instance.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder certifications desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governance (data management, security, release best practices).
  • Experience managing a product backlog and using tools like JIRA, including sprint planning.
  • Background in operational support and release management.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and third-party partners.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, training, and documentation.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
