Salesforce Consultant | 12-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote

We're supporting a global organisation, that is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to lead the design and delivery of custom Experience Cloud portals that provide seamless, intuitive customer experiences. This is a greefield implementation where you'll shape user journeys, create engaging interfaces, and configure Salesforce to deliver a connected digital ecosystem.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into elegant portal designs, and ensure the solution is scalable and user-friendly. Your role will also involve optimising navigation, branding, and accessibility while integrating third-party tools for a fully streamlined experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design user-centric Experience Cloud portals
• Configure and optimise Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Create custom themes, navigation, and responsive layouts for intuitive interfaces
• Build workflows and process automations to enhance customer engagement
• Support integrations with third-party platforms
• Deliver user training and produce tailored training materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions
