You will step up to front the practice, leading a dedicated team of consultants to deliver end-to-end digital transformations for a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Role
- Practice Leadership: Own the roadmap for the Salesforce practice, managing a team of 3 consultants and driving internal platform governance.
- Delivery: Lead 60% of your time on high-impact implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot (MCAE).
- Strategic Consulting: Partner with stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable technical solutions and long-term CRM strategies.
- Innovation: Work alongside AWS and DevOps specialists to build sophisticated, integrated environments that go beyond "standard" Salesforce.
What You'll Need
- Consulting Experience: Proven Consulting Experience (with a partner ideally)
- Product Expertise: Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
- Leadership Ability: You are a Consultant or Lead ready to take ownership of a practice and mentor junior talent.
- Integrations: A solid understanding of how Salesforce sits within a wider tech stack (knowledge of AWS or DevOps is a major plus).
- Mindset: Commercially driven, proactive, and excited by the "40% leadership / 60% delivery" split.
